If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist! Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. When scheduling, choose Yes, Add me to the Waitlist. IMPORTANT: It is assumed that putting yourself on the waitlist means you WANT to take that class if you can get into it. If you no longer want a spot in the class you need to remove yourself from the class/waitlist 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself, it will be a Late Cancel. All waitlists close 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you are signed up for the waitlist and do not get added to the class, the class will be credited back to your account for future use.
All group classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Clients will forfeit their class or session if they don’t cancel their class or session in advance of the noted cancellation period. The same 12-hour cancellation applies to the unlimited package. If a client does not cancel 12 hours prior to the scheduled class, they will automatically be charged a late cancel fee of $25. Classes cannot be rescheduled for a different class time past the 12-hour window.
To cancel a reservation sign into your account via coreology.co, go to ‘my info’-‘my schedule’ and click ‘cancel’ next to the class you wish to cancel.
All members must agree to the cancellation policy in order to use CORE•OLOGY classes. There will be no exceptions.

All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. Coaches and classes are subject to change without notice. All classes must be pre-paid through our online scheduling program. A valid credit card is required for all auto-renew and unlimited accounts.
Note that Class Packages do expire:
First Class (30 Days), Single Class (30 Days), New Client 3 Pack (45 Days), 3 pack (45 Days), 5 pack (12 months), 10 pack (12 months), 20 pack (12 months), Private session (12 months)
For safety reasons it is required that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time. It is important for your coach to provide you with a brief orientation of the machine and workout. Coaches have the right to turn new clients away and Late Cancel them if they fail to arrive 15 minutes early to their first class.
All Clients must arrive to class on time. If a client is late to class, the studio door will be locked and the coach has the right to turn the client away. Please understand that this is for safety reasons and to not interrupt class.
On the Megaformer, clients can wear toe socks (w/grips) or no socks. Toe Socks are available for purchase at the studio.
